For most orders, please allow up to 10 days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order is delivered on time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up, processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you place your order.
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~3 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 10 days from the date of order.
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For missing items, email contact@marlenisms.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If the package appears tampered with, we encourage you to also submit a claim with the carrier. Verify the packing slip which will list all items enclosed in your package/order. Should any items listed be missing from the package when contacting us please include photo verification of the following: packing slip, all contents from the package, and the shipping label. We do ask to be notified immediately of any potential missing items. Should the order delivery date surpass 5 days and we have not received the verification requested, we will assume the order was received in accordance with our records and therefore we will be unable to offer any sort of compensation.
We only replace items if they are lost by the carrier, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of this page. Please note that we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product before shipping the replacement.
Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
